VACUUM EVAPORATOR-CRYSTALLIZER 3000 L/hour (year 2011, BRAZIL).
SAITA has produced a vacuum evaporator with three effects to concentrate solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. This model of Evaporator mod. OSLO has the characteristic to have a final crystallization phase to extract salt crystals from the treated solution. The capacity of the evaporator model 3EVCO1000 is 3'000 liters/hour of distillate. The triple effect evaporator uses as sources of hot/cold steam or hot water produced by boilers and cold water coming from cooling towers. That means that the energy consumption is reduced compared to evaporators with heat-pump.

ZERO DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR THE SOLAR CELL MANUFACTURING - (year 2010, BELGIUM).
SAITA in 2010 has completed an installation of a Zero discharge system for the treatment of the waste water produced by a manufacturing plant of silicon solar cell. The plant installed in Belgium allows to recovers more than 97% of the water used in the production site. This plant is installed to treat in the final phase approx. 30 mc/hour for a production capacity up to 500 MW/year. This second installation shows that the philospphy of the zero discharge in the photovoltaic market is competitive in terms of cost-efficiency. SAITA plans to exploit the photovoltaic market in the years to come providing zero discharge solutions.

AUTOMATIC ELECTROLYTE RECIRCULATOR FOR INDUSTRIAL BATTERIES FORMATION (year 2010, DUBAI).
SAITA started to produce this type of plants in 2006 with a pilot plant. In 2010 we completed the third installation of an automatic dilutor and preparator of the acid solution in different percentages for the manufacturing of industrial batteries. The advantages of this solution regard the possibility to do all the operations to prepare the acid solutions in automatic mode saving time for manpower and for the manufacturing of the batteries.

UNDER-VACUUM DISTILLATION COLUMN FOR THE SEPARATION OF THE ALCOHOL (year 2010, BRAZIL)
SAITA has produced for the pharmaceutical industry an under vacuum distillation column to separate and recover the alcohol from waste solutions. This model EDF300 is the second produced by SAITA and has a capacity of 300 liters/hour of separated alcohol.
The principle is to separate the alcoholic fractions boiling the starting waste water solutions under-vaccum.

ZERO DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR THE SOLAR CELL MANUFACTURING - IWT SYSTEM - (year 2008, ITALY).
This plant is the first ZERO DISCHARGE application in the manufacturing of silicon solar cell. The innovative plant designed and produced by SAITA allows to treat and recovery the 97% of the water used in a solar cell production plant. This plant is installed in 60 MW/ year production line of solar modules.

AUTOMATIC UNDER-VACUUM DRYER FOR METAL PARTS AFTER SURFACE FINISHING (year 2003, ITALY).
Automatic system of transport and drying of metal parts from die-casting or galvanic process. This system, fully automatic and integrated, has the particular advantage of drying the metal pieces under vacuum. This system allows a better cleaning of the pieces avoiding spots or stains on the surface of the metal pieces after final drying.

FILTRATION PLANT WITH RESINS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF INVERTED SUGAR SYRUP (year 2005, ITALY).
SAITA has introduced a new production plant application for the food industry. It has been produced a filtration plant with special ion exchange resins that allows to obtain, by a chemical transformation process, the inverted sugar syrup. That is a basic element for the food industry. By this innovative system, the first used in this field, combine the knowledge on the chemical treatments with the filtration techniques. The result is a plant that produces 50 tons /week of inverted sugar syrup.

UNLOADING AND DISINFECTION AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR THE RAILWAYS MAINTENANCE (year 1998, ITALY)
Unloading system of the waste produced by human activities in railway trains. During the maintenance operations, the toilet of the trains are dicharged and collected by an automatic system that uses under vacuum pumps to collect in an easier and faster way the waste. Such discharges are extracted and then processed through a physical-chemical process.
