VACUUM EVAPORATORSunder-vacuum evaporators for industrial wastewater treatment — INFO Request
Vacuum evaporation: a solution to reduce your costs.
The chemical/physical principle behind this treatment process, consists to provide heat to the aqueous solution which is so brought to the boiling point just to provoque a half vaporization of the water and at the same time to produce a concentrate phase full of “non-volatile” components.
The applications of this technology are large enough, because the distillate phase of the starting solution has the almost complete absence of solid and non-volatiles substances (salts and metals) while the concentrate phase (disposed waste) undergoes a drastic reduction in volume, with obvious benefits for the disposal costs.
The types of vacuum evaporator may change by following the differents needs, there are infact natural circulation Evaporators or forced circulation Evap.(by means of a pump that increase the turbulence and speed circulation of the solution to prevent deposition or fouling on the heat exchange surface).
Advantages of the Evaporator:
Allows to recycle the 90% of the water coming from the inlet solution.
Allows to reduce drastically the volumes of liquid waste.
Reduces the operational costs for water treatment.
Average return on investment (ROI) calculated in 1 or 2 years.

EV series Heat pump evaporators.
Heat pump evaporators EV series, use for the evaporation of water the heat produced by the condensation of the fluid R134a. The condensation of water vapor, in turn, provides the necessary energy to evaporation of the fluid after lamination. The models produced by Saita starts from a capacity of 10 liters / hour of distillate up to 1,000 liters / hour. For solutions that can lead to corrosion problems is produced the EVHT series.

EVFT series Multiple stages evaporators
A type of evaporator which significantly reduces energy consumption by exploiting the sources of heat available, such as: steam or hot water and evaporative cooling towers. The basic principle of multi-effect evaporators is based on the fact of using a vacuum distillation 1st stage and is developed in stages successvi a lower degree of vacuum up to a 3rd stage, which boils at atmospheric pressure. SAITA produces both double effect evaporators and triple effect.

CVD series Evaporators with internal scraper.
The evaporators CVD series have installed inside the boiling dome an internal motor-scraper. These models are used for very dense solutions or to reach high levels of concentration from the starting solution.

EDF series Distillation columns for alchol or solvents.
Heat pump evaporators with distillation columns for the separation of alchol or solvents from water phase.
