SAITA in 2008 has reached the ISO 9001 certification of quality of business processes.
The achievement of this goal comes at the end of a process that began many years ago.
We felt the need to adapt our process management system to a standard legislation to improve our internal organization and the quality of the services offered to the customers.
We believe that the mark ISO 9001 is a recognition to our efforts to improve the quality of our systems.
Our business follows the national and European standards in various areas, from plant to the workplace safety.
