PROCESS DESIGN - chemical analysis - treatment tests - tests with pilot plants

The research and development phase involves sales department, chemical laboratory and technical department.
During this phase takes place what we call process design, in other words an in-depth study and evaluation of the problems expressed by the customer to our technicians of the sales department while collecting all information concerning the productive process.
Samples of waste water are then analysed and treatment tests allow to develope the best treatment solution.
Treatment tests can be verified by using pilot treatment plants.

• Feasibility examination of the project with pilot treatment plants.

ENGINEERING - technology flow - P&ID - final project - 3D design

The results obtained with the treatment test are then translated in the engineering process where our technical department realize the final project . Flow-sheet, P&ID, chemical mass balance and final Lay-out are then studied and finalized in accordance with the customer.

Once defined the engineering phase the process flow goes through the automation software programming. The working phases and the operational settings of all the equipment installed are defined. All the plants and the equipment installed are functioning in automatic mode and can be controlled by the operator's touch screen panel.

PRODUCTION - steel structures - electrical panels - hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical assembly

The production is vertical integrated starting from the production of the steel support frames. Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical assembly on the plant's skid are done internally like the electrical panels.

The production workflow is continuously monitored and integrated with the other department to optimize the time to market of the plants and to ensure always a high-end quality.
