Metallic wire production
Chemical surface treatments applied to the metallic wire production requires waste water treatment plants. SAITA produces chemical-physical plants for the effluents treatment and chemical baths filtration equipments. Since 2014 our latest innovation is the introduction of the Desulfate process for the zero discharge treatment of rinsing waters obtained from the wire’s pickling with sulphuric acid. We produce also crystallizers to clean pickling baths from the contamination of metals and salts.
