Description:
Installation in Northern Italy, at a well-established powder coating company, of a water treatment and recovery system for the pre-treatment tunnel.
The project, which began in 2024 with laboratory testing, involves the treatment of rinsing waters, degreasing wastewater, and eluates from an ion exchange resin system. The goal was to reduce disposal volumes and costs by recovering water to be reused in the pre-treatment tunnel.
The technical solution includes a heat pump vacuum evaporator model EV200SD, capable of recovering over 90% of distilled water and reducing waste to be disposed of to less than 10%.
