POP plating

Description:

Recycling demineralizer with ion exchange resins for the recycling of DI rinse water of a POP plating line.

New installation in Finland for a plating company that produces chromated plastic components. For the recycling of the plating line rinses a double line (duplex) demineralizer has been installed. Fully automated and redundant with one active carbon filter for the organic and SST retention. A UV disinfection system was installed on the outlet DI water to guarantee the sterilization of the water in closed loop circuit.
