Cleaning of metal components

New container module for the treatment and recycling of wastewater from mechanical parts washing. The container includes a heat pump vacuum evaporator, storage tanks and a filtration system. Installed in the outdoor area of a mechanical company in France, the insulated and air-conditioned container solution allows production floor space to be preserved for core activities. Versatile and self-contained, it requires only an electrical connection and is capable of treating 1,400 L/day of exhausted waste solutions. With this solution, it is possible to recover over 90% of the water, drastically reducing disposal costs.
