Wastewater Treatment from cleaning booth

The system is designed for the recovery and recycling of washing water, significantly reducing waste for disposal. By installing a vacuum evaporator with heat pump, model EV50, it is possible to recover over 90% of the water as distilled water, with residual wastewater reduced to less than 10%. The distilled water is then reused for cleaning parts via high-pressure washing, optimizing both consumption and sustainability.

For space and transport requirements, the system is housed inside a container, configured as a technical treatment unit. This solution is ideal for production areas with limited space and allows for quick and easy installation.
