Powder Coating

New installation in the US of a coating line for which we supplied recycling filtration systems for the pre-treatment tunnel tanks. Specifically, a coalescing oil-separation system to remove oil from the phospho-degreasing tank, a microfiltration system to remove suspended solids from the passivation tank, and a recycling demineralization system for the demi-water rinsing tank. All the systems supplied operate in a closed loop on the process tanks, ensuring consistent quality throughout the pre-treatment cycle while also reducing wastewater production and water consumption.
