Powder coating

New installation in the US of a wastewater treatment system for the pre-treatment tunnel of a powder-coating line.

The plant supplied is a zero-discharge solution, meaning that over 90% of the treated water is recycled back into the process itself by means of a heat-pump vacuum evaporator, model EV200. This is a system capable of treating 5,000 L/day of washing and degreasing water, reusing the treated water and thereby creating a closed loop for the pre-treatment wastewater.
