Description:

New project in China for an important machinery company producing power transmission systems. Waste solutions proceeding from different production areas: metalworking, cleaning, pre-treatment, coating and testing. The aim of this project was to reduce the amount of liquid wast disposed and reycle most of the water for internal uses. Installation of an heat pump vacuum evaporator with internal scraper having a capacity of 300 tons/year. The installation foreseen a complete and automated solution involving a final filtration of the distilled water for either recycing or discharging.
