Description:
New project for the treatment of a waste water stream after chemical-precipitation process with a high content of Nitrates salts. The aim of the process was to recover as much water as possible with a good quality in order to be reused and to precpitate and separate the nitrates salts as reusable secondary raw material. The volume per day of the waste stream is approx 5 m3. An heat pump vacuum evaporator mod. EV200 was installed in order to distillate the water content >80% and obtain a concentrate liquid that is further concentrate with an heat pump vacuum crystallizer mod. CV50 that preciptates the crystal salts. The salts are then discharged in a draining big-bag to get a drier salt and separate the mother liquid.
