Electroplating

Description:

Installation of a chemical-physical treatment plant for a new barrel electroplating line in Denmark. Tha WTP plant has a capacity of 3 m3/h for the treatment of the rinse water and concentrate waste streams. In order to fullfill the discharge limits in the public sewer a final filtration plant with send, carbon and selective resins filters was installed. The supply includes a double line ion exchanger with a capacity of 2,5 m3/h. The plants are desinged to operate 24H so the pumps and the filtration units are redundant.
